- Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- He attended Florida State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science.
- Dr. Quattlebaum then went on to attend Barry University to earn his Master’s degree in Biomedical Science and Nova Southeastern University to achieve his Doctorate in Dental Medicine.
- He then moved to Bronx, New York to attend the Residency program at Montefiore Medical Center.
- Dr. Quattlebaum is an active member of the Florida dental association, Collier County Dental Association and the American Dental association.
- Enjoys serving the community through Dentistry. He volunteers in many outreach programs such as Mission of Mercy and the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund.
- Dr. Quattlebaum enjoys many outdoor activities such as golfing and scuba diving, most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and his dog Peg.
